The UK Government have set up the Carbon Trust, an organization which promotes the use of new technology to reduce our carbon emissions. They have published a document that outlines how companies can use the enhanced capital allowance scheme (ECA) to install equipment that can reduce their CO2 emissions and offset the cost for this against tax.
